Empowering People
and Driving the Future

In the era of intelligent logistics, innovation transforms complex processes into harmonious and informed flows, where technology and human skills work together. This is why predictive efficiency and human-machine integration are the new pillars of Bonzai’s future.
AR Picking & Put-to-Light according to Bonzai
When augmented reality is integrated into physical processes, it truly supports operators’ work, improving the ergonomics of picking and sorting activities, reducing physical and cognitive strain, and ensuring high standards of performance, traceability, and operational safety.

Mate Exoskeleton

The most important technology is that which protects the health and safety of workers.

Bonzai sites adopt an ergonomic device designed to reduce the biomechanical load on the upper limbs during repetitive and static activities of warehouse workers. The exoskeleton reproduces the movement of the joint, following the physiological kinematics of the human body and providing mechanical support, without altering the natural freedom of movement.

AGV fleet sorting system
In outbound logistics, the Floating system represents the dynamic evolution of sorting. Unlike traditional sorters (mechanical and rigid), this model is based on a fleet of independent robots that move freely across a work surface to sort garments to output destinations. If one destination is full, the system can “shift” the flow to another output in real time, keeping the process dynamic and fluid.

The robots do not follow a fixed route, but calculate the fastest route to one of the outputs in real time. This allows the fleet to act as a single organism: if one robot is busy or charging, the others compensate for the workload, ensuring constant productivity.

This system adapts perfectly to the needs of all distribution channels, from e-commerce to B2B and from retail to wholesale distribution. With two operators dedicated to input, 200 customer outputs, and 20 robots, the system can reach an operating capacity of 1,200 pieces/hour, offering an effective balance between automation, flexibility, and flow continuity.
