Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Consumer division, he works mainly in the automotive sector, coordinating a team that deals with reception, identification, storage, tracking, handling, delivery to the customer… all of which is organised with great tidiness and accuracy. But then his desk is definitely ‘messy’. With the approach of the problem solver, always ready to find solutions at the speed of light, he loves challenges. Then he gets home and changes pace and outfit, in the true sense of the expression, because he dresses in the shoes of a farmer working the family land, cultivating first fruits and taking care of that wonderful Prosecco grape vine which he is so proud of. He finds peace here, in his corner of paradise that he shares with Diana, Nicolò and Aurora, allowing him to regain the peace that allows him to regenerate his energy and face the next day’s work commitments with renewed drive: the circular economy according to Alessio.
His unconventional side? When faced with a dessert, he loses his aplomb.
